In partnership with the coach, the coachee utilizes the G-R-I-P model. This unique approach allows achievement of organizational and personal goals along with developing new leadership skills, and resolving situational roadblocks that emerge in the learning process.
In every coaching session, the progress is measured against program goals, roadmap, and action accountabilities from the previous session. In addition, coach will work with the coachee in core areas of management and leadership skills such as effective management skills, time-management, communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, change management, leadership presence motivating employees, and the other identified areas of the individuals.
